We check our email frequently, so this is the best way to get in touch with us. You can also mail letters through our mission sending office in New York, or to Kenya direct. Please don't send anything valuable directly to Kenya, and please don't send large packages to either address. Support checks should always be sent to our mission office in New York. You can try to call us... it might work. Remember that we are 7 or 8 hours ahead of New York time. Skype is another option if you can catch us.
People sometimes ask how they can send us something. The easiest way is to mail a small padded envelope or box direct to us in Nairobi. It's fairly inexpensive, and gets here in about ten days. Anything that can fit into one of those will probably arrive in good order. (Except Oreos, they tend to arrive in a heap of black crumbs.)
The United States Postal Service has Flat-Rate, international mailing options that have proven to work pretty good for getting something to Kenya The small box can slip by customs here without us needing to pay anything extra.
You can order the boxes online, and even print your own shipping label. You could also probably find one at the post office. So, that's an idea.
And thanks for thinking of us.
